IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR BOOKING:
The River Boat Bar is for over 18’s only (unless you are privately chartering the whole boat). Please ensure you have valid photo ID to produce on boarding.
If you are showing signs of intoxication you will not be permitted to board the River Boat Bar. There will be no refunds provided.
For your safety, high heels (higher than 2cm) are not permitted to be worn onboard and you will be refused entry without refund. This is not negotiable.
We have a zero tolerance policy for drugs on The River Boat Bar. Patrons found to be in possession of or using drugs onboard will be ejected from the venue immediately and referred to NSW Police without refund.
The River Boat Bar is fully licensed and BYO of any food or drink is not permitted.
Smoking and vaping are only permitted on the lower outside decks. Its the law!
Bags larger than A4 size are not permitted onboard. Management reserves the right to check bags prior to entry.
Please take extra care whilst using the stairs onboard and hold onto the handrails while using the stairs and when boarding and disembarking all vessels.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any group or guest and to disembark any group or guest at any time without refund.
In the event that river water level exceeds our safe operating limits you will be advised as soon as possible and your booking will be rescheduled. As this is out of our control refunds are not available.

Code of Conduct
Our Captain and crew are highly trained and their direction must be followed at all times.
Aggression or violence will not be tolerated at any time. Any patron who becomes aggressive or argumentative will be asked to leave without refund. Any patron who becomes violent towards other patrons or crew or touches others patrons or crew inappropriately will be removed from the vessel and may be referred to NSW Police.
The River Boat Bar maintains a ZERO TOLERANCE drug policy. If drugs are found on or near a patron the patron and their party will be immediately transferred back to the jetty without refund and referred to NSW Police.
If a patron jumps into the river whilst onboard the River Boat Bar, the patron and their entire party will be returned to the jetty without refund. This is a serious offence with fines of up to $2,664 per person (see the AMSA News Release here).
We want you to enjoy your time with us safely. We practice the responsible service of alcohol in our venues and ask that you please drink responsibly and use caution when moving around the vessel. Reckless or dangerous behaviour will not be tolerated.
Repeated and lengthy congregation of patrons in and around the bathrooms is not permitted.
We strive to be responsible members of the community and take our impact on residents seriously. Please be courteous when
disembarking at the jetty and keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb residents and/or the public users of the parks and reserves.
Dress Code
Stilettos and high heels (above 2cm) are not permitted. Guests are advised to wear appropriate footwear and smart casual clothing while onboard. Those with inappropriate footwear will be refused entry without refund.
No loose singlets or torn clothing, no hi-vis workwear.
Thongs and workboots are not permitted.
No tracksuits or clothing that resembles tracksuits are permitted.
No gang associated jewellery, accessories or clothing that displays or infers gang affiliation by form of word, OMG colours, logos, symbols or otherwise. The River Boat Bar encourages mixed group bookings to ensure social responsibility standards.
